Motherwort Herbal Tincture - Regulate & Circulate

A 1oz herbal tincture containing motherwort extracted with 100-proof vodka over a period of 90 days. Shelf life of approximately 2 years from production when stored in a cool, dry place. Shake before using. 

Motherwort reduces anxiety, depression, and high blood pressure by supporting the nervous system and promoting healthy blood flow. lt also soothes the uterus during menstruation and calms menopausal changes; ie, hot flashes.

Tinctures can be taken sublingually under the tongue, or mixed into your favorite coffee or tea. Start with 1-3 drops nightly or as needed and slowly build up until desired effect is achieved. Recommended dosage is 1/2 to one full dropper nightly or as symptoms occur.
