Shipping & Return Policies

Shipping Policies:

We aim to process your order quickly and with care. Please allow 1-3 business days for processing. Once your order has shipped through US Priority Mail, you will receive a tracking number with an estimated arrival date. While we are not responsible for any lost packages or damages during shipping, we will do what we can to make sure you're happy in the event of a shipping mishap.

We often use recycled and repurposed materials for packing orders to cut down on waste. Please contact us prior to ordering if you prefer new materials.

 

Return Policies:

We hope you never have a problem with your order, but we're here to help if you do. Please contact us with any questions or concerns at acrowscomforts@gmail.com.

We have a 30-day return policy for online orders only, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item(s) to request a return. Purchases made at in-person events are not refundable, but in the event of damage, we are able to repair certain items for local customers.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn and/or unused. You'll also need proof of purchase upon request. You can return your product for store credit, exchange it for a different product, or receive a refund to the original method of payment. Your refund will be issued once the product is returned and verified to be in the same condition that it was received.

 

Damages and issues:

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged during shipping, or if you ave any other concerns so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Exceptions / non-returnable items:

Please note the following exceptions to our return and refund policy.

  • Items labeled as 'Seconds' or 'Clearance' indicate defects or imperfections and cannot be returned or exchanged. Photos and descriptions will always include any damage on Seconds or Clearance items.
  • Refunds will not be offered on commissions, discounted pieces, or gift cards.
  • Herbal goods such as tinctures and salves can only be exchanged or returned for store credit, regardless of if they have been opened or used.

    • 50% non-refundable deposits are required for all tarot parties. This must be paid in order to reserve your booking and will be applied towards your total. Invoices sent via PayPal. Remainder of payment due upon arrival. 
    • You are entitled to reschedule your Tarot Party once for free if the notice to reschedule is given at least 7 days in advance. Cancellations and reschedules outside these parameters considered at the discretion of Em Lyn.
    • You are entitled to reschedule your Individual Reading once for free if the notice to reschedule is given at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations and reschedules outside these parameters considered at the discretion of Em Lyn.
    •  We do not provide refunds for tarot readings or intuitive services once they have taken place. If you are unhappy with your experience for any reason, please reach out so Em Lyn can address your concerns.
    • Tarot gift cards are non-refundable but can be transferred upon request.
