Mestrual & Urinary Support Herbal Tincture

A 1oz herbal tincture containing raspberry leaf and cramp bark extracted with 100-proof vodka over a period of 90 days. Shelf life of approximately 2 years from production when stored in a cool, dry place. Shake before using.

Raspberry leaf and cramp bark relieve menstrual cramps as well as stress-related incontinence by acting as an anti-spasmodic and aiding the uterine muscles in smooth muscle contraction.

Tinctures can be taken sublingually under the tongue, or mixed into your favorite coffee or tea. Start with 1-3 drops nightly or as needed and slowly build up until desired effect is achieved. Recommended dosage is 1/2 to one full dropper nightly or as symptoms occur.
